Bonchon

I have ordered Bonchon several times and this last time did not disappoint. We ordered pickup for the super bowl and they honored my request for the order to be ready later in the day though I placed the order around noon. Granted it wasn't ready at the exact time we arrived, but considering it was the super bowl and they were dealing with dozens of pickup orders, waiting 15 minutes at the bar while having a drink was not a hardship. The chicken (wings and strips) and potstickers were amazing as always.

Someone from the restaurant called to clarify and check to make sure something that I had forgot to indicate on our order was correct. I really appreciate that she called. We were having a party, and you would think that the food was delivered to a group of vultures. $200 in BonChon was scarfed down in about 7 minutes!!! Delicious and fresh!

What's not to love about Korean fried chicken? Food is always delicious even after the 45min commute back home to enjoy it. My order was ready when I arrived and the place always seems in good order. Staff is helpful and attentive. Will be ordering from here again!!

Delicious as always though I am a bit sad that my orders did not contain the gratis pickled radish. Definitely ordering from here again, but earlier. the estimated wait time shown is accurate but I was really hungry that day.

Pickup Order: Delicious addictive chicken. For once, my order was ready when they said it was going to be ready. It was there when I arrived about 5 minutes before the estimate. Great job. :)

I pre ordered a day before for my office potluck which was at 1pm. I was informed my order would be delivered at 1pm that day. So I called the same day 11:30am when they open and the phone twice a lady answered, told me my order was in the works . A great surprise was the delivery came at 12:15pm!! . The chicken was a hit in the office!!!! All of my co workers raves about the food and service and will order from here! Thank you!

I LOVE Bonchon. It's my go to chicken place! I get their wings and strips with half spicy and half soy garlic! But a big warning for those of you who want to order the spicy flavor! It is VERY SPICY, and that's coming from someone who really loves spicy food! So just a heads up! ANOTHER NOTE: They just introduced their new POPCORN CHICKEN! I can't wait to try them!!! <3 5 stars!

I love Bonchon. I love it. It might be my favorite food. I order from here 2-3x per week. Im worried about my cholesterol and calorie intake but I am completely addicted to this spicy crunchy chicken. It arrives perfectly crispy, somehow maintaining its texture for hours after cooking. The heat is strong and delicious. Will keep eating til my doctor tells me I cant.

Great Korean fried chicken! Food came very fresh and warm (granted it only traveled one block). My only complaint was that the boxes weren't labeled so it was difficult to divy out everyone's food, but the food was so good it didn't matter.

I live west 42nd st..in spite of that, they always too late..Usually over 90 minites from order. this is not the first time.. always.. and always bring the food cool completely.. Add- In there days, they changed, services are improved.
